Our standard laundry bag can hold up to 15 pounds of clothing, which is approximately 2-3 loads in a standard washing machine. This typically covers about a week's worth of clothes for one person.
How does your pricing work?
For our Wash & Fold service, it’s $1.75 per pound—simple and straightforward. Bulky items like blankets or comforters are priced separately, as they get their own full machine. Wash & Press keeps men’s button-down shirts crisp at $2.75 each. For Dry Cleaning, each garment type—such as suits, dresses, or delicate items—has its own set price, so you only pay for what you need.

Wash & Fold orders are ready in about 24 hours. Wash & Press and Dry Cleaning, with their extra care and handling, typically take 7 days.

What is your cancellation policy?
If an order is canceled after pickup has occurred, a $15 cancellation fee will be charged to cover pickup and handling costs.
